Nail The Constraint In Your Business & Quantum Leap

I have created a unique set of change processes for working with your personal and professional constraints.

The ‘constraint’ is the element in a system that holds back the most other things in the system.
Essentially the constraint sets the limit on the output of the entire system.

As an example – if every part of your car was built to go 200 miles per hour, but only 1 thing – the tires – can only go 75 miles per hour, then the ‘output’ of your car will be 75 miles an hour. It won’t go any faster than that. The tires will limit the output no matter how ‘fast’ all the other parts could go.

So the constraint is limiting what’s possible. No system can outperform its constraint.

Your business is a system. Its constraint is limiting what’s possible for the business to achieve.
You are a system. Your personal constraint is limiting what you are capable of achieving.

For years I have helped business owners and entrepreneurs identify that one thing in their business that is holding the most other things back. And I teach them how to strengthen that one weakness. Once that happens, their entire business jumps to a new level. This is a Quantum Leap Strategy.

One of the cornerstones of my small business consulting is to help business owners find and fix their own personal constraint. Alexander Van Buren

Alexander Van Buren is an entrepreneur coach, consultant, speaker, and author. He’s based in Dallas, Texas, and has been a business owner and entrepreneur for more than 30 years.
