My Leadership and Executive Coach Background
I’m a trained behavioral modeler.
I use NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) to elicit the precise structure of how someone does something well. It took about 5 years to learn how to do well, and then things got very interesting.
I began modeling world-class managers, small business owners, executives, and entrepreneurs. That was more than 20 years ago.
Companies began hiring me to model their best salespeople, referral getters, and other top performers, then teach those unique success strategies to other people in their organizations. One company increased its annual sales by more than 200 million dollars in a few short years. Salespeople began taking home over a million dollars a year in take-home pay for the first time in their lives.
I quickly realized that modeled strategies are an entirely different level of resource from anything else. I like to say that ‘The problem with best practices is that all your competitors are doing them too.” However, very few of your competitors are using precise behaviorally modeled strategies from the best of the best.
